Refunds:

TampaBay Boat Charters will make every effort to make your cruise an enjoyable success.  Sometimes, however, we may be unable to cruise due to inclemet weather or mechnical difficulties.  If the need arises, TampaBay Boat Charters reserves the right to cancel any cruise at any time even after the cruise has started.  If a cruise is cancelled by TampaBay Boat Charters, a full refund will be given.

If for any reason you need to cancel a booked charter, please do so within 24 hours of your cruise by calling 813-495-0646.  An email cancellation will NOT be accepted.  If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your cruise, a full refund will be issued.  If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
